The Titan Attachments™ Fixed Fork Spreader is 10’ wide and engineered to slide on to the fork blades of your telehandler or fork lift truck. Once you have driven your fork blades into the fork pockets, secure the frame with the included safety pins. This will prevent the frame from sliding forward. The fixed fork spreader is designed to work with 36” fork blades which must be positioned at least 28” apart. The frame of the fork spreader will powder coated to protect against rust and corrosion. This attachment is ideal for moving wide loads that tend to sag at the ends. Protect these wide materials, such as rebar, trusses, plasterboard, piping, and long beams by lifting at multiple points, preventing any damage and safely transporting them to their destination. Each of the 4 fork blades are 41” long, with the outside fork blades being 4” wide and the center forks being 7” wide. The headache rack of the frame is made from 2”x2” steel tubing, while the main body is made from 6”x6” steel tubing that is 1/2" thick structural steel. The overall dimensions of the stabilizing fixed fork spreader is 29” High x 120” Wide x 53” Long. The safe working load capacity of the quad fork spreader is 6,000 LB when evenly distributed.HEAVY DUTY DESIGN: The headache rack of the fixed fork spreader frame is made from 2”x2” steel tubing, while the main body is made from 6”x6” steel tubing that is 1/2" thick structural steel.
